Acceptance of the above rates constitutes acceptance of the below terms and conditions.
All reservations and cancellations must be confirmed in writing. All provisional reservations must be confirmed within 14 days of making the reservation.
Any cancellation of a confirmed booking within 28 days prior to arrival will be subject to the following cancellation fees:
Galton House shall reserve the right, not more than 60 days prior to arrival, in circumstances where Galton House is able to confirm another reservation, to request for a confirmation of the said reservation, in which event the client shall, within 48 hours of receipt of advice from Galton House, either confirm the reservation in writing, or cancel the reservation.
Full payment must be made upon confirmation of a reservation, unless otherwise agreed upon.
Payment is to be made into the following bank account or by credit card, and a copy of the remittance is to be faxed or e-mailed to Galton House as confirmation of payment.
